ROAD - EXAMPLE – NON LOCAL

Given the location of the accommodation about halfway between the Mountains and the Sea a large variety of routes exist. Also Stage 11 of Giro d’Italia 2004 followed the coastal route from Porto St Elpidio North past the Conero Region. This stage lies approximately 35km from the accommodation.

A typical day’s programme and route that also embraces a section of the Giro d’Italia stage and gives a practical example of what we offer is as follows:

Agree route to be taken, distances, and support requirements
Collect from accommodation, load bikes and drive to agreed start point e.g. Porto St Elpidio
Provide directions and general information for complete journey
Collect from Finish point (if required)

In addition and subject to prior agreement a meal provided at accommodation upon return (cost to be decided)

Costs(example)

Collection and journey to Porto St Elpidio €15 per person (minimum €45)
Collection at Finish point and Return (assume similar distance) price will be the same
For a party of 6 people plus bikes and requiring both start and finish arrangements final prices would be subject to a discount on overall cost

Evening Meal (subject to final choice)

For a 2 course meal (home cooked)
€12 per person (minimum €30)
